Rob always knew he had to get his weight sorted and revealed recently that it was his wedding video and photos that gave him the kick up the backside he needed after he saw himself on camera for the first time in a long time. Eating breakfast for Rob was always a challenge too as his 5am alarm call was not a time when he could stomach eating anything, which as you have probably guessed was a part of the problem and one he hopes to nip in the bud. Rob hopes to lose at least 6st in the next year or so and 2st during the challenge. His desire to start a family is a major incentive for him to shed the pounds.
